Probate Practitioner Notice

The Probate Office launched replacement “Notice of Probate Application Forms” on our newly designed probate content webpages

Note: From the 18th of October 2024, these replacement forms will be the only version of the Notice of Application that will be accepted as part of a complete probate application by the Dublin Probate Office and all District Probate Registries. Failure to lodge the correct version of the Notice of Application will result in all papers being returned to the lodging Solicitor.
