Fees for probate applications
You must pay a fee to the Probate Office or a District Probate Registry for probate applications and related services.
Personal application fees

€250,001 – €500,000 | €700 |
€500,001 – €750,000 | €1,000 |
€750,001 – €1,000,000 | €1,300 |
Over €1,000,000 | €1,300 (plus €800 for every €500,000 or part thereof over €1,000,000) |
Other fees: If a grant has already issued (double, lapsed, unadministered or duplicate grant/DBN), the fee is €300.
