This is for where a valid will is in place and the person named as executor is applying to administer the estate.

Grant of Administration Intestate

This is where the deceased did not leave a will and the legal next of kin is applying to administer the estate.

Grant of Administration with Will Annexed

This is where the deceased left a will but no executor was named or there

De Bonis Non Grants

This is where the executors named in a will have passed away.

Foreign Domicile Applications

This is where the either the deceased or the executors were domiciled in a foreign jurisdiction.

Ad Litem Grants

This is where a claim against the estate is sought to before the grant is executed.

Corrective Affidavits

These are used when there are issues with the Revenue declarations around a probate.

Trust Corporations

These are the list of approved charities that can apply for probate.
